It can be a shock returning to work after having a child; parents may struggle to prioritise competing work/life demands coupled with a feeling of guilt or loss of identity. I understand first-hand what it’s like to be a working parent and that sometimes having a safe space to share how you’re feeling and what’s important can really help. I coach parents to help them:
Re-establish what’s important (values, motivations, boundaries)
Define their purpose
Achieve their career goals
