I provide a sounding board for seasoned and recently promoted leaders to identify the challenges getting in their way and how to overcome them. This might include issues around decision-making, difficult relationships, broken communication, prioritising competing demands and/or creating space to focus on what’s most important.

It can be a shock returning to work after having a child; parents may struggle to prioritise, they might feel huge pressures and ‘mum guilt’ (or dad guilt!) and they might feel as though they’ve lost their mojo at work. I understand first-hand what it’s like to be a working parent and that sometimes we need a safe sounding board. I help parents to:
Re-establish what’s important (values, motivations, boundaries)
Define their purpose
Achieve their career goals
