While all coaching sessions are tailored to individual needs, development priorities and preferences, I typically work with clients over the course of six sessions, focusing on areas like those listed below.

  • A confidential space for leaders to explore complex situations, navigate change and improve difficult relationships at work.

  • This programme supports recently promoted or aspiring leaders, touching on the following areas:

    • Identifying and removing perceived barriers to success

    • Establishing the core values at the heart of your leadership style

    • Building presence through effective presentation and communication

    Recommended: 6 sessions over 3-6 months

  • In this 1:1 coaching programme I help individuals to:

    • Understand and enhance their communication style

    • Identify their emotional ‘triggers’ and plan more effective responses

    • Manage conflict/difficult conversations with colleagues or clients

    Recommended: 4-6 sessions over 2-3 months

  • For individuals seeking clarity on what to do next. Sessions are designed to help you:-

    • Evaluate the highs and lows, successes and challenges of your career to date

    • Identify strengths, values and motivators for your working life

    • Explore ‘purpose’ in your career

    • Action plan to help you move forwards

    Duration: 6 sessions (1.5 hours each)

  • If you have recently moved abroad or returned from an overseas assignment, working with a coach can help you to:-

    • feel more settled

    • define what you want to achieve in your expat assignment/in the next 6-12 months

    • create the conditions to thrive in a new setting - as an individual and as a family unit

    • reconnect to life ‘back home’ after your assignment

    Duration: 4-6 sessions

  • It can be a shock returning to work after having a child; parents may struggle to prioritise competing work/life demands coupled with a feeling of guilt or loss of identity. I understand first-hand what it’s like to be a working parent and that sometimes having a safe space to share how you’re feeling and what’s important can really help. I coach parents to help them:

    • Re-establish what’s important (values, motivations, boundaries)

    • Define their purpose

    • Achieve their career goals
